摘要
发展才是硬道理是邓小平的至理名言。一方面,他强调经济发展的迫切性、至上性;另一方面,他强调经济要协调、持续和平衡地发展,指出在经济社会发展中的资源节约的重要性,把资源节约看成是体现社会主义制度优越性的一个重要特征,关系到党风好坏和现代化的实现,并形成了自己独特的资源节约观。邓小平的资约节约观包括以下内容:一、资源节约观的核心——杜绝人才浪费;二、资源节约观的内在要求——提高产品质量;三、资源节约观的主要措施——实行精兵简政;四、实现资源节约观的根本途径——依靠科教进步;五、资源节约观的行为表现方式——抢时间、抓机遇的不搞争论、开短会等。
Development is the top priority.It is a famous saying proposed by Deng Xiao-ping.On the one hand,he strengthens the urgency and importance of economic development.On the other hand,he stresses the coodinative,sustainable and stale development of economy.He points out the importance of resource thrift during the course of development,and forms his own view of Resource Thrift.It contains the following ideas：firstly,the core of resource thrift is tp prevent the waste of talents;second,the interior demand of resource thrift is to increase the quality of products;thirdly,the main measure of resource thrift is simplification;fourthly,the basic method of realizing resource thrift depends on science;finally,the forms of resource thrift is time-saving,avoiding meaningless disputs and simplifying meetings,etc.
