摘要
针对《油类记录簿》记载常见问题,文章通过深入分析造成记载错误的各种原因,结合记载说明和细目一览表,举例阐述经常性项目的记载要求和注意事项,旨在提高船员记载《油类记录簿》的能力。
In view of common recording problems of ORB, this thesis analyses all the possible reasons that may cause mistakes during recording. It also states the common projects recording requirements and cautions by explanations and enumeration lists, eventually aims at promoting the capability of the officers in charge of recording of ORB.
