摘要
通过采用正交试验探讨了密度、热熔粘合纤维含量和垂直铺网纤维比例这三个因素对非织造布压缩性能的影响,说明了压缩模量大小随密度的增大而增大;热熔粘合纤维的含量为80%时,压缩模量数值最高。
Influence of density, content of melt bonding fiber and web-forming fiber ratio to nonwovens compressibility are explored through orthogonal experiment. It is explained that compressive modulus changed according to density,and compressive modulus is highest when content of melt bonding fiber attain to 80%.
