摘要
在对"国家灾后重建规划"和"资源环境承载能力评价"总结的基础上,针对德阳市具体情况,以什邡和绵竹地震带乡镇为例,得出生态重建区的大致范围。同时认为发展环境友好型产业能够缓解环境承载压力。最后对生态区重点的旅游产业的定位、发展方式等进行了分析。
After summarizing the “national reconstruction planning” and the “resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation”, this paper takes Deyang City for the specific circumstances and especially analyzes Shifang and Mianzhu to obtain the general scope of the ecological reconstruction area. At the same time, it considers that developing the environment-friendly industries is the best way to ease the pressure on environment carrying. Finally, the location of the tourism industry and the ways of development in the ecological zones are analyzed.
