摘要
建筑节能问题是我国城市化过程中衍生出的一个主要环境问题。本文从我国建筑能耗现状出发,以层次分析法为基础,以循环经济思想为核心,以"3R"原则为指导,从而构建了适合于我国国情的科学合理、简单实用的建筑节能指标体系,为今后该领域的深入研究提供了一个可供参照的雏型。
The building energy conserving problems in our country is extremely urgent in the processing of urbanization. Proceeding from the current situation of building energy consumption in our country, based on the method of AHP, taking circular economy as the core and ＂3R＂ principle as the guidance, the scientific, simple and useful assessing index system of building energy conservation which suited for our country＇s situation was established, which provided a primary model for further research in the same fields.
