摘要
目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)对肝缺血再灌注损伤(I—R)的保护作用及对P—selectin蛋白表达的影响机制。方法20只Wistar大鼠随机分为I—R组(10只)和GSH组(10只),I—R模型由夹闭门静脉左支45min再开放3h制备,比较两组动物血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和肝细胞P—selectin蛋白水平变化。结果GSH组ALT指标显著低于I—R组(P〈0.01),而SOD含量显著高于I—R组(P〈0.01),P—selectin蛋白表达明显低于I—R组(P〈0.01)。结论GSH可通过下调肝细胞P—selectin蛋白的表达而对肝缺血再灌注损伤起到保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effectiveness of GSH on hepatic ischemia - reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly assigned into the control group (n = 10) and preconditioning group(n = 10)(GSH group), The animals were injected GSH in portal vein. After 45 minutes - closure of the animals' left portal veins, blood sample, hepatic tissue regular - dye and P - selectin dye were studied 3 hours after the re - open. Results In GSH group SOD were significantly increased. Microscopic P - selectin dye and their ALT of serum were significantly decreased. Conclusions It is suggested that GSH has protective effect on hepatic ischemiareperfusion injury.
