摘要
根据旋转设备的振动信号对其进行状态监测和故障诊断,是目前工业生产中广泛应用一种手段。为了减少设备故障,提高烧结机作业率,济钢二铁厂于2007年在烧结主抽风机、带冷风机和圆筒混合机上采用了大型旋转设备在线监测系统,对保证这些设备的稳定运行起到了十分重要的作用。
It is a widespread used measure in modern industry,to on-line monitor and diagnose large scale rotary equipment according to its vibration signals. In order to prevent equipment faults and increase sintering machine operation rate,a new kind of large scale rotary equipment on-line monitoring system was applied in JIGANG sintering main fan, straight cooler fans and mixing drums,as a result, their operation stability were increased obviously.
