摘要
在全球金融危机的背景下,农业资本流动性减少。创业投资向农业的流动成为拓宽农村金融融资渠道的可行选择之一,但这一过程还受到多种障碍因素的影响。给出了一个包括创业投资家、政府、农业科技孵化器和农业项目这四个相关者在内的障碍因素相关者模型,并分析了四个相关者各自对创业投资向农业流动所产生的障碍原因。
Because of the global financial crisis, the rural capital liquidity is not enough. Venture capital＇s flowing to agriculture becomes a kind of factual feasible choice in widening the rural investment sources, but many obstacle factors are affecting this process. This paper creates an obstacle-- factor-- holder model which includes venture capitalist, government, agriculture incubator and agriculture project and analyzes the reason why the four holders can affect this process on the basis the model.
