摘要
聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维是一种高强度、高模量、高热稳定性、高耐化学腐蚀性的新型纤维,在电子电气、合成材料、安全防护、国防军工、交通运输等领域有着广泛的用途。介绍了PBO纤维的性能特点,单体和聚合物合成及液晶纺丝制造工艺,综述了30年来国内外PBO纤维的技术进展及其应用前景,并介绍了其开发风险,对今后国内PBO纤维的发展提出了一些建议。
Poly p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole (PBO) fiber is a late-model fiber characterized by high intensity, high modulus, high thermal stability and high resistance to chemical attack, which is widely applied in various fields as electronics and electrics, synthetic material, safety protection, national defense and war industry, transportation and aero space. This paper introduced its performance and characteristics, and the synthesis process of monomer and polymer, as well as liquid crystal spinning process, reviewed the advances of PBO fiber production process at home and abroad in the past 30 years and its application prospect. It also introduced the risks development of PBO fiber, and made proposals on future development of domestic PBO fiber industry.
