摘要
文章通过混凝土抗渗性试验,对比不同强度、水灰比、砂率下的天然混凝土和再生混凝土抗渗性能的差异,从而分析影响再生混凝土抗渗性能的因素。研究表明,相同设计强度等级下的再生混凝土的抗渗性比天然混凝土差,水灰比对再生混凝土抗渗性的影响较砂率大。为了提高再生混凝土的抗渗性,可在适当的范围内降低水灰比,添加粉煤灰减小孔隙率增加密实度,或者限制裂缝开展。
Experimental reseach is conducted on the impermeability of recycled concrete. A comparison is made between natural aggregate concrete and recycled aggregate concrete as the design strength, water-cement ratio and sand ratio change. The factors influencing the impermeability of recycled ag- gregate concrete are analyzed. The research indicates that recycled aggregate concrete is poorer than the natural aggregate concrete in impermeability, and the water-cement ratio of recycled aggregate concrete has greater influence on impermeability than the sand ratio. The paper presents some methods for enhancing the impermeability of recycled aggregate concrete, such as reducing the water-cement ratio in a proper range, adding fly ash to decrease the porosity and increase the compacting degree,and confining crack expansion.
