摘要
目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)在扩张术中的临床应用效果。方法:32例患者共埋置78个扩张器,随机分为治疗组和对照组,采用自身对照,治疗组在常规扩张的同时于扩张器内注入rhEGF,对照组仅常规扩张。测量两组扩张率、即时回缩率。结果:治疗组扩张至额定容量的时间、即时回缩率较对照组减少(P<0.05),扩张率较对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:rhEGF能促进皮肤扩张,降低皮瓣回缩率,提高皮瓣质量,改善治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of rhEGF in skin expansion. Methods 32 cases with 78 expanders planted were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group： routine expansion was applied to both groups while injection of rhEGF into the expander was added to treatment group： self -control was adopted,the expansion rate and the immediate stretch-back rate of both groups were detected. Results The time for expanding to nominal capacity in treatment group was shorter than that in control group （P〈0.05）and its expansion rate was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions rhEGF can accelerate the expansion of skin flap, reduce its stretchback rate-increaseits quality and improve the curative effect.
