摘要 目的建立一种稳定、可靠的大鼠激光脑损伤动物模型。方法成年SD大鼠100只,体质量(220±30)g,随机分为假手术对照组(n=25)和激光脑损伤组(n=75);激光脑损伤组分别用14J、28J和56J能量激光照射致伤动物,根据伤后处理时间点每组再分为5个亚组,即伤后6h、24h、48h、72h和7d组,每亚组5只;假手术组不予激光照射。检测照射后不同时间点脑水肿指数、神经功能评分、血压和光、电镜病理形态变化。结果不同能量组伤后脑水肿指数、神经功能评分、血压和光、电镜病理形态变化不同;假手术对照组无明显改变。结论工作距离0.5cm,工作电流0.2mA,波长10.64μm,28J能量激光可以造成稳定的激光脑损伤动物模型。 Objective To establish a brain injury model with stability and reliability induced by laser in rats. Methods A total of 100 adult SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group without laser irradiation ( n = 25 ) and brain injury group induced by 14 J, 28 J and 56 J laser respectively ( n = 75 ). The brain injury group was subdivided into 6 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 7 d group with 5 in each. Pathomorphological changes were detected by light microscopy and electron microscopy. Brain edema index, neurological scores and blood pressure were also detected in rats. Results In the brain injury groups induced by 14 J, 28 J and 56 J laser, different changes in brain edema index, neurological scores, blood pressure and pathomorphological changes after irradiation were observed, but no difference was observed in sham-operated control group after irradiation. Conclusion The rat brain injury model with stability and reliability induced by laser can be established by 28 J laser with 10.64 μm in wavelength and the optimal working current and the distance are 0.2 mA and 0.5 cm respectively.
