摘要
通过DSC综合热分析初步探讨了A357合金的熔体结构及其变化。结果表明,A357合金熔体在700~1 100℃之间确实存在结构状态的改变,熔体状态的改变与升温速率有着十分密切的关系,随着加热速率的改变,合金熔体的几个异常热反应区温度范围略有变动;并且A357合金熔体结构的变化具有不可逆性。
The melt structure of A357 alloy and its evolution were studied by the DSC analysis. The results show that there is a change of A357 alloy melt structure in the range of 700 ℃- 1 000 ℃ and this change depends on the heating rate. With the change of the heating rate, the temperature range of several abnormal thermal reaction zone changes slightly, and the change of A357 alloy melt structure is irreversible.
