摘要
目的观察羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼座三种植入手术方法的治疗效果。方法对56例(56只眼)患者实施手术,分别采用眼外肌连线植入法、自体巩膜包裹植入法、不切断眼外肌植入法三种手术方法。结果术后患者眼眶饱满,装配义眼后逼真、转动自如,患者的容貌得到极大改善。结论不切断眼外肌植入法较眼外肌连线植入法、自体巩膜包裹植入法手术更具有手术操作简单、创伤小、术后组织反应轻、早期义眼活动度好的优点。
Objective To observe the clinical treatment effects of three different hydroxyapatite orbital implant opelations. Methods Extraocular muscle connection implantations , hydroxyapatite implantations covered with autoscleras and no cut extraocular muscles implantations were performed according to different conditions of 56 patients, the clinical effects were compared and analyzed. Results The patiests had full eyelids with few differences with normal eyes, and the orbital moved well after operations. All of them have satisfactory appearance with hydroxyapatite orbita. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite implantations of no cut extraocular muscles are better than the others , it＇s advantages include easy operation, little trauma , no complications occurred in the following - up and higher move degree of HA in the early operation period.
