摘要
通过对我省地质环境与碘缺乏病区有关岩石、第四纪松散堆积层(土壤)及地下水中碘的地球化学背景及流行病学调查,从环境地质角度,分析和总结了地质环境与碘缺乏病的关系。地质环境碘缺乏、土壤严重侵蚀、岩溶地下水中富含钙、镁等地质、地球化学因素是影响我省IDD广泛流行的主要原因。研究结果表明:岩性对IDD控制作用明显,土壤及地下水中碘含量与患病率呈负相关,地下水中钙、镁对患病率有一定影响作用。
This paper presented the results of investigation on the concentration of iodine in various rocks, the Quaternary sediments and groundwater in those areas of Guizhou where the iodine deficiency disease of years has been epidemic. The studies shows that the negative geochemical abnormality of iodine under a certain geological environment is the main cause of iodine deficiency disease to spread widely. In particular, lithology of bedrocks, severe erosion of soils and Ca-Mg-rich groundwater in karstic regions are closely related to iodine deficiency disease.
