局部组织瓣在腹壁巨大缺损修复的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用局部组织瓣修复巨大腹壁缺损的可行性和方法。方法对1999年1月~2008年1月收治的12例巨大腹壁缺损患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均利用筋膜推进瓣或腹外斜肌腱膜翻转瓣修复,观察术后组织瓣成活情况。结果组织瓣全部存活,12例患者均一期实现确定性腹壁关闭。经过半年至5年的随访,有2例患者出现切口疝。结论应用组织瓣修复巨大腹壁缺损并发症较少,临床效果确切。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and the methods of local flaps in large abdominalwall defects. Methods From a retrospective study of the clinical data of all 12 patients using local flaps with large abdominal-wall defects from January 1999 to January 2008 ,we observed the situation after the operation of the patients who used the compound flap of the rectus muscle or musculus obliquus abdominis externus aponeurosis reversal flap. Results All flaps survived. All the wounds of 12 patients were satisfied with affirmative abdominal wall closeure. Mter the regular visit to all 12 patients from half to five years, only 2 patients complicated with incisional hernia. Conclusion The complication of the repair with large abdominal wall defects which use local flaps is low . The clinical effect is definite.
