摘要
农业综合开发项目建设是一项系统工程,从前期评估、立项审批、工程管理、竣工验收、建后管护、资产移交、资金使用等全过程形成了大量的档案。档案管理是农业综合开发工作的重要组成部分,在农业综合开发中发挥越来越重要的作用。针结档案管理工作中常见的问题,提出了完善档案管理工作的建议。
As a systems engineering, the comprehensive agricultural development projects will accumulate numerous files ranging from the preliminery assessment, project approval to the use of the funds. The management of the files is an important part and will play an increasingly important role in the comprehensive agricultural development. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the better management of those flies.
