摘要 研究表明,控制糖分积累的关键步骤是位于正在发育的果实内部,而不是源叶输出光合产物的能力或者韧皮部路径的运输效率.果实库细胞中韧皮部后糖分运输效率、糖代谢酶的种类与活力和糖的跨膜运输能力等因素决定了果实糖分的积累.根据对糖分进入果实的细胞途径、糖代谢酶的成分和活力、糖运输蛋白、激素水平的变化及其调节机理等的研究进展进行综述,以进一步揭示果实中糖分的积累机理,为提高果实品质提供理论参考. The form research indicated that the key step to controlling sugar accumulation is located m developmental fruit instead of the ability to transport photosynthate from original leaves or the transport efficiency of photosynthate in phloem pathway. The sugar accumulation in fruit depends on the elements of the transport efficiency of post--phloem in store cells, the component and vigour of sugar metabolism related enzyme, and the ability of sugar transportation. The paper summarized the research progress of the cellular pathway of sugar transport to fruit, the content and vitality of enzyme related to sucrose metabolism, sugar transport, the changes of hormones and their regulation mechanism so as to further clarify the sugar accumulation mechanism which would provide reference to improve fruit quality.
