摘要
基于Hamilton原理,使用有限元法推导了考虑剪切变形的直管科氏流量计的固液耦合振动方程。利用ANSYS有限元软件的Matrix27自定义单元实现了不同约束条件的直管流量计测量管的固有频率及临界流速的分析,并讨论了两种不同液体对管道固有频率的影响。计算结果及分析结论对直管科式流量计的设计与选型具有指导作用。
Based on the Hamilton principle and finite element methods, the solid-liquid coupling vibration considering shearing effect equation was derived. The natural frequency of the measure tube and the critical velocity under different constraint conditions were analyzed by ANSYS Matrix27 user-defined element,then that two liquids affecting the natural frequency was be discussed. With the conclusion,a guidance for the design of the straight tube Coriolis mass flowmeter measure tube and selection is provided.
