摘要
在知识经济时代的今天,对知识的开发与管理已成为企业竞争优势最重要的来源。所以,准确的认识企业的知识管理水平以改善企业的知识管理状况,意义十分重大。本文针对企业知识管理系统的特点,结合模糊数学和灰色系统理论,提出了一种基于模糊多层次灰关联决策的企业知识管理水平评价模型。实例表明,该模型计算过程简单、准确,实用价值较高。
Nowadays, we are in the era of knowledge-based economy. To exploit and manage knowledge has become the most important origin for enterprises to gain competitive advantages. As a result, estimating the existing level of enterprise KM is very important for improving the present situations. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the KMS, this paper proposes fuzzy multi-hierarchy grey relational decision model to evaluate the level of enterprise KM based on grey system thoery and fuzzy mathematics. Examples indicate that the calculation process of the model is easy and accurate ,with high practical values.
