摘要
介绍了区域台网地震速报安全可靠性的要素，分析了影响区域台网地震速报安全可靠性因素及提高可靠性的方法。结合安徽台网地震速报安全可靠性实例，探讨了如何提高区域台网地震速报安全可靠性，并建立相应保障机制。
The factors for the safety and reliability of earthquake bulletin of regional station network were introduced. The factors that affect the safety and reliability of earthquake bulletin and the methods for improving the reliability were analyzed. Associated with safety and reliability case of earthquake bulletin of Anhui network, it was discussed how to increase the safety and reliability. A corresponding guarantee mechanism is also established.
