摘要 以纤维素为原料,N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(简写NMMO)为溶剂,采用L-S相转化法制备非对称纤维素膜.研究了刮膜速度对膜结构及性能的影响,实验结果表明:随着刮膜速度提高,膜平均粗糙度降低、孔径变小、结晶度增加、纵横向取向度增加;膜的水通量、透明度降低,截留率、拉伸强度增强. The cellulose was selected as raw materials. The cellulose membranes were prepared with N methylmorpholine - N - oxide (NMMO) as the major solvent by using L-S phase inversion technique. The effect of casting speed on the structure and performance of membranes were discussed in the papar. Results show that with an increasing of casting speed, the cellulose membrane has lower roughness, larger crystaUinity, higher degree of orientation, and lower water flux, lower transparency, larger retention rate and tensile strength.
