摘要
周公是中国上古时期的一位杰出的政治家和思想家,其思想影响了孔子。周公的管理思想主要体现于德治、礼乐、教化等方面。德治思想包括:敬德保民、明德慎罚、遵崇天命;治国思想包括:东征平叛、维护统一、营建洛邑安置殷民、分封诸侯安邦定国;在礼乐方面周公对原有的礼乐进行改造,使之更适于完善及巩固政权。
Zhougong is an outstanding politician and ideologist in Chinese Fore-ancient Times. His ideology affects Confucius. The management thoughts of Zhougong mainly embodies some aspects of rule of virtue, rites and music, cultivation, etc. The thoughts of rule of virtue include： respecting virtue and protecting the people; understanding virtue and cautiously punishing, obeying the nature; the thoughts of ruling the country include：going on a punitive expedition in the east and suppressing a rebellion; maintaining unity, constructing Luoyi to settle down the Yin people, infendation dukes, stability and consolidation of the country; in the aspect of ceremony and music, Zhougong reconstructed the original ceremony and music to make it perfect and consolidate the power.
