摘要
本文对５８例鼻变态反应患者行ＣＰＴ检查，结果显示眼结膜激发试验（ＣＰＴ）与变应原皮试的结果关系呈正相关。ＣＰＴ对螨变应原致鼻变态反应的敏极性为９０％，特异性为８６．７％，有效性为９１．４％。ＣＰＴ所诱发的症状绝大多数较轻微，仅局限于眼与鼻部。因此本法具安全、准确、简便，易于观察等优点，对诊断吸入性变应原所致之鼻及支气管变态反应性疾病具有实用价值，特别适用于年幼儿童。
Application of CPT in the diagnosis of patients with nasal.allergy who had positive intradermal test to mite was studied. In this study, a good correlation was observed between positive rate of CPT and intensity of intradermal test to mite. According to the allergic score, the results of the sensitivity , specificity, and efficiency of CPT were 90 % . 86. 7 % and 91.4 % respectively The symptoms inducted by CPT in most patients was limited in the eye and nose, and nonspecific reactivity was not found in this study.Therefore. CPT is a safe. reliable, and simple diagnostic methed for nasal allergy to inhaled allergens and is more apt to be accepted by younger children.
