摘要
目的为评价角膜穿孔伤修补，外伤性白内障摘出和后房人工晶状体植入联合手术的疗效。对38例符合手术标准的患者行此联合手术。结果未决随访时最佳矫正视≥0．5者27眼，0．3者11眼。唯一的额外处理是对4眼后囊严重混浊者行YAG激光截囊。结论该联合手术一次完成通常分2次执行的手术，即最初的角膜修补和二期白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入。视力恢复快，方便患者又节约经费。
we evaluated the outcome of conbinedcorneal perforation repair,cataract removal and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. we performed simultaneous corneal perforation repair extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber lens implantation in 38 patients who met inclusion criteria for this procedure Result With last follow - up, 27 eyes achived the best corrected visual acurity of 0. 5 or better and 11 eyes achieved 0. 3. YAGposterior capsulotomy was the only additional provedure in 4 eyes that has severe postcapsular opacity. Conclusions This opproach comlete the two separate procedures-primary repir of the corneal perforation and sccondary cataract removal with intraocular lens implantation in a single surgical procedure.it also affords more time-ly visual rehabilitation while is more convenient and economical to the patients.
