摘要
以苏州园林为蓝本建设的流芳园坐落于美国洛杉矶圣玛利诺市亨廷顿艺术博物馆、图书馆及植物园内,规划面积约4.9hm2(12英亩),分两期进行建设,一期分布在东侧及南侧,涉及流芳小筑、荷浦薰风、长湖印月3个景区;二期则分布在北侧及西侧,有曲径通幽、桃源春雨、丝竹清音、松岗叠翠、桔林晚香、万景山庄等景区。从造园立意、山水组合、空间构成、游览路线、建筑类型及形态、植物造景、匾联题刻等几个方面,回顾和总结了流芳园的设计过程及心得体会。
The Garden of Flowing Fragrance （Liu Fang Yuan）, modeled from Suzhou garden, is located in the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens, San Marino City, Los Angeles, USA. The planning area is about 12 acres and is divided for two-phase construction. The first phase is the east and south parts, including the three scenic areas of Liu Fang Xiao Zhu, He Pu Xun Feng, and Chang Hu Yin Yue while the second phase is the north and west parts, including the scenic areas of Qu Jing Tong You, Tao Yuan Chun Yu, Si Zhu Qing Yin, Song Gang Die Cui, Ju Lin Wan Xiang, and Wan Jing Shan Zhuang. The design process of the garden and experiences are reviewed and summarized from the aspects of gardening conception, make up of hills and water, spatial constitution, touring route, building types and forms, plant sceneries, and inscribed boards and couplets.
