摘要 采用室内碱液吸收法研究了重金属Cu、Pb和丁草胺及其复合污染对土壤呼吸强度的影响及其随时间的动态变化。重金属Cu、Pb和丁草胺单一污染对土壤呼吸强度的影响,随污染物的浓度和培养时间而变化,DMRT法检验表明,在后期各处理与对照间的呼吸强度都存在显著差异,前期则差异不显著。复合污染中,丁草胺与Cu复合污染对土壤呼吸强度的影响在培养后期存在明显的交互作用,而丁草胺与Pb复合污染对土壤呼吸强度的影响在培养前期存在一定的的交互作用,Cu与丁草胺复合污染及Pb与丁草胺的复合污染对土壤呼吸强度变化率的影响大于单一污染对土壤呼吸强度变化率的影响,复合污染对土壤呼吸强度变化率的影响表现为:丁草胺与Cu复合污染〉丁草胺与Pb复合污染。 Alkali absorption method was used to study the influences of Cu or Pb and butachlor and their combined pollution on the soil respiration intensity and the dynamic change along with time in laboratory. The influences of single-factor pollution of heavy metals Cu or Pb and butachlor on the soil respiration intensity varied with pollutant concentration and culture time. There was a significant difference in soil microbial respiration between the soil treated by Cu and butachlor with the CK at the later period of incubation, while no significant difference was observed in the beginning of incubation. Soil treated with both Cu and butachlor had an interactive effect on the soil microbial respiration at the later period of incubation, while soil treated with both Pb and butachlor had some certain interactions on the soil microbial respiration in the beginning of incubation. Combined pollution of Cu or Pb and butachlor showed more obvious impact on soil respiration intensity rate than single-factor pollution of Cu or Pb or butachlor. Combined pollution of butachlor and Cu had more remarkable impact on soil respiration intensity rate than combined pollution ofbutachlor and Pb.
