Study of hemodynamics for improving effect of interventional treatment on lung cancer and avoiding high level paraplegia

摘要 目的探讨提高肺癌介入治疗效果和避免发生高位截瘫的血流动力学作用及机制。方法以华南理工大学生物力学实验室颈动脉流体模拟装置为基础,加置带有一根小分支(模拟支气管动脉)和一套由动脉鞘、插管组成介入治疗系统的胸主动脉,同时以Worterhof的三单元风箱模型模拟动脉系统,对小分支进行流体动力学测定。结果以小分支口为圆点有一个矩形血流自然灌注区;其x轴=±2mm、y轴=±5mm、z轴=±10mm。结论矩形区内的流体和经导管注入该区内的试验液体混合后自然进入小分支而无返流。经过四年210例(次)临床应用,效果理想。 Objective To Study the efficacy and mechanism of hemodynamics in improving the curative effect of the interventional method on lung cancer and avoiding high level parapeegia. Methods The device imitating carotid fluid modified by adding a small branch imitating a brondical artery to it was used. The thoracic aorta used for a part of interventional treatment system consisted of a set of artery sheath and small plastic tubes. The fluid dynamics in the small branches was determined by Worterhof model with three units balloons imitating artery system. Results The blood was naturally immigrated in the rectangle region, of which center was the mouth of the small branch and its x axis was ±2 mm,y axis±5 mm,z axis±10 mm. Conclusion There was no reflux from the small branch filled with the fluid in the rectangle region after mixture with the experimental liquid through the catheter. The clinical effect of 210 patients (times)was satisfactory without any complication during 4 years.
