摘要 分层次地学实践教学体系是创新人才培养的重要内容,中国地质大学(北京)经过50多年不断改革和探索,总结出以周口店地质测量实习为纽带的三层次地学实践教学体系,被证明是符合地学教学规律和行之有效的。然而,由于三层次教学间相对独立操作,从而造成各层次间在教学内容、教学方式、教学目标等的衔接尚不完全协调,进而在高端人才培养,特别是创新人才输出方面出现问题。本文针对此问题,在多年不同类型实践教学工作基础上,通过调查、总结和研究,提出了有针对性进行改革的基本思路和具体措施,并进一步提出已经或可能出现的问题。 Geological practice teaching system at variable level of the undergraduate stage is one of the most important compositions in the innovation personnel training. A three-level GPTS, which is as a link to middle-level of Zhoukoudian practice for the second year students, was aggregated by colleagues at the China University of Geosciences, Beijing, and has been proved to be effective in the past 50 years. However, the disharmonies, which were resulted by relatively independent operation in the teaching content, methods, objectives and so on among the three-level GPTS, resulted in the export of high-end talent problems, such as the lacking of innovation capability. This paper focuses on the convergence between variable levels GPTS, and provides basic reformed idea and detailed measures on the basis of years of practice teaching work, investigation and studies, and further analyzes the problems that may arise for in-depth study and discussion.
