摘要
目的建立RP-HPLC法测定复方曲尼司特片中硫酸沙丁胺醇的含量。方法采用phenomenexGemini C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢铵(25∶75),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为276nm。结果硫酸沙丁胺醇在12.1~96.8μg.mL-1范围内具有良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.11%,RSD为1.05%(n=9)。结论本法简便、准确,专属性强,适用于复方曲尼司特片中硫酸沙丁胺醇的测定。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Salbutamol Sulfate in Compound Tranilast Tablets. Methods The sample was analyzed on a phenomenex Gemini C18 column, with mobile phase of 0.01mol·L^-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate buffer and methanol (75 : 25) at flow rate 1.0mL · min^-1 and detected at wavelength of 276nm. Results Validation showed good linearity over the range of 12. 1496.8μg · mL^-1 (r= 1. 0000). The average recovery rate was 99.11% with the RSD of 1. 05% (n=9). Conclusions The method is proved to be accurate and reliable, which could be used for the analysis of the Salbutamol Sulfate in Compound Tranilast Tablets.
