摘要
目的促进药检所检测能力稳步提高。方法连续几年对湖南省各市(州)药检所的目标管理进行考评,总结了考评工作的特点。结果从人员素质、业务能力、打假贡献、网络信息、硬件建设几方面取得显著成效。结论考评考核工作极大地促进了市(州)药检所的发展。
Objective To promote steady development of the ability of test of institutes for drug control. Methods We have done some examinations and evaluation on the goal management of institutes in the recent years. And the characteristics of evaluation was summed up. Results The discussion was made in terms of remarkable progress on five aspects, such as quality of personnel, professional capability, contribution of attacking the sellers of fake drugs, network information and hardware construction. Conclusions Each city and state institutes for drug control in Hunan have achieved great development through the examination and evaluation.
