摘要
对目前金属原型制造技术的RP、RT和NC技术进行了比较,认为基于NC加工是原型快速制造的一个有效补充。对采取NC加工整体材料快速制造金属原型的关键工艺问题进行分析,提出了具体的流程和解决方案。用实例说明RP、RT和NC加工这三种方法是互为补充的原型快速制造方法。
In the field of rapid manufacturing for prototype ,After summarizing and comparing rapid prototype and rapid tooling methods ,the method of NC machining prototype is discussed,the processing flow and key technique is analyzed,and the problems is solved by many special machining scheme. At last,A n examples, by NC machining for prototype, is introduced and performed in detail.
