摘要
针对吹瓶机的机械手运动要求,采用矢量分析法及三次样条曲线,列举了吹瓶机机械手在交接区域及过渡区域运动轨迹方程,建立了机械手凸轮曲线数学模型,并利用Matlab软件求解曲线坐标。该方法可靠、有效,已应用于在某企业吹瓶机机械手凸轮的设计。
The expression of manipulator trajectory of transfering area and nontransfering area in bottle blowing machine is presented by using vector and of manipulator CAM profile is built and solved based on 3-order spline curve. And the mathematics model Matlab. This method is effective and has been appled in manipulator cam design.
