摘要 对多种集成芯片组成的印刷电路板组件(PCBA)进行了有限元模态和实验模态分析。以有限元分析软件ABAQUS/CAE为平台,经简化建立等质量仿真模型,得到PCBA在不同固定方式下的多阶固有频率和振型。通过对有限元软件仿真与实验模态分析的结果进行比较,可知有限元分析方法和实验结果具有很好的一致性,电路板固定方式和芯片分布的位置对PCBA组件的模态影响较大,有限元模态分析可以为PCBA芯片的分布优化设计和抗振可靠性研究提供理论依据。 Finite element modeling and experimental modal analysis methods were used to measure the modal parameter of the printed circuit boards assembly (PCBA ),which is made of some chips with various structure and material. The finite element model was created by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS/CAE,and the multistage natural frequency and modal shape of PCBA which was constrained by different means was obtained. Compared with the result of the experiment modal analysis ,it is indicated that the finite element modeling analysis method is reasonable. The fixed method of PCBA and the distributing position of IC offect the modal parameters greatly. The way of finite element modeling analysis provides theory support for the distributed optimization design and the vibration reliability research of PCBA.
