摘要
文章综合荧光灯工作试验的初步结果,形成关于荧光灯启动时冲击电流和功率消耗、灯管寿命和节能等方面的一些认知。讨论了荧光灯启动/停止次数(寿命)试验补充灯管寿命试验的意义和测试方法。提出在荧光灯管的灯丝回路中,串加模块;或在软启动电路中提供镇流器和灯管的最佳匹配,以降低启动冲击电流和启动能耗,减少对灯管的损害,荧光灯的寿命和工作可靠性都会得到较大的提高。
Based on the test results of fluorescent lamps, the paper reported the cause of urrent surge and power consumption at lamp ignition. The lamp life test method, relations between lamp life and lamp on/off number are also discussed.
In order to reduce the current impact and extra energy loss at lamp ignition, it was proposed to insert a module in filament heating circuit, or to optimize the match between lamp and ballast in preheating operation,consequently to prolong the lamp life.
