摘要
采用MRI检查42例Arnold-ChiariⅠ型畸形和41例正常人的颅颈结合部。结果表明:Arnold-ChiariⅠ型畸形患者除小脑扁桃体下移外,第四脑室、延髓及窦汇均下移,且与小脑扁桃体下移高度呈一定程度正相关;枕大孔水平脊髓前后径及斜径角较正常对照组为小,但枕大孔前后径无明显差别。
Craniocerical junction of 42 patients wthh ArnoldChiari I malformation (ACMⅠ) and 41 normal controls were studied. In addition to the decendent tonsil, all the components in the posterior cranial fossa including the 4th ventricle, oblongata medulla and the sinus confluence of patients with ACMⅠ were decended. Although the spinal foramen magnum anteriorposterior diameter was smaller but not statistically different from the control. The results suggest that the main pathology of ACMⅠ is the shallow and small posterior cranial fossa and the resulted organ decendent as a whole.
