摘要
提升泵站是污水处理的核心设备之一,其控制精度直接影响污水处理的效果及能否实现节能减耗。传统的PID方法使数学模型很难确定,而模糊控制不需要精确的数学模型。采用由可编程控制器(PLC)实现的自适应模糊PID控制供水系统,克服了传统PID水泵控制中参数调整的问题,在实际应用中效果良好。
The pumping station is one of the kernel equipments in the production. The precision control directly influences the effect of sewage disposal and the realization of energy saving. Traditional PID method is nearly impossible to determine mathematics model, whereas fuzzy control does not need accurate mathematics model. Adopted a kind of Fuzzy controlling adaptive PID water-supplying system realized by PLC, and has surmounted the parameter adjustment difficulty in traditional PID. Fuzzy control is adopted in the system and has gotten satisfactory effect in actual application.
