摘要
目的：建立姜半夏中总有机酸含量测定方法,方法：采用乙醇提取样品,电位返滴定法,以琥珀酸为对照品,检测样品中总有机酸的含量。结果：测定了6个不同来源的样品,总有机酸含量在0.1640%~0.5315%范围内,回收率98.98%。结论：本方法操作简单,重现性好,有助于姜半夏质量的鉴别。
Objective：To establish a quantitative method for free total organic acid in Pinellia Ternate（prepared by ginger）.Method：Extract the free total organic acid with alcohol,detecting the contents by using the technology of potential residual titration,and amber acid as control article.Result：Six batches of sample were determined,and the free total organic acid in the extractions of Pinellia Ternate（prepared by ginger） were between 0.1640%~0.5315%,the average recovery rate was 98.98%.Conclusion：This method was simple,accurate and can be used to estimate the quality of Pinellia Ternate（prepared by ginger）.
