摘要
评价了按1∶3油包水比例制成的多价大肠杆菌油乳剂灭活疫苗在鸽体内的免疫原性。将75只4周龄雏鸽分为5组,第1组及第2组分别经颈部皮下接种0.5 ml疫苗,于8周龄用同源菌株经气囊攻毒;第3组及第4组鸽不免疫,用大肠杆菌攻毒对照;第5组作为阴性对照。用低剂量菌液攻毒后,没有免疫鸽死亡,而低剂量攻毒对照组死亡率20%;而用高剂量菌液攻毒后,免疫鸽死亡率为13.3%,未免疫鸽高剂量攻毒死亡率为60%;免疫鸽在气囊、肝脏及心包的病变程度比非免疫鸽的显著轻微,且比非免疫鸽能更有效地清除攻入体内的大肠杆菌。
Immunogenicity of an oil-emulsified escherichia coli inactive vaccine at an aqueous-phaseto-oil-phase ratio of 1:3 is evaluated in pigeons. 75 4-week-old pigeons are divided into five groups. The pigeons in the first group and second group are vaccinated with vaccine 0.5 ml in the fourth week, and challenged via the air sacs in the eighth week with homologous escherichia coli. The pigeons in the third group and fourth group are not vaccinated but challenged via escherichia coli. The pigeons in the fifth group are not challenged to serve as negative controls. No vaccinated pigeons die after being challenged with low dose, and its control group suffers 20 % of mortality. Vaccinated pigeons suffer 13.3 % of mortality after being challenged with high dose, and its control group suffers 60 % of mortality. Lesions of vaccinated pigeons in the air sacs, livers and pericardial sacs are significantly slighter than those of unvaccinated challenged pigeons and can eliminate escherichia coli more efficiently.
