摘要
目的:应用半夏泻心汤干预依立替康致小细胞肺癌(small-cell lung cancer,SCLC)荷瘤鼠的腹泻,了解其在改善食欲、缓解体重下降及干预腹泻方面的作用。方法:将荷瘤鼠随机分成4组,高、中、低3个给药组剂量分别为20、10、5g/kg,空白组给等量水,灌胃给药,共8天。干预给药第3天,按35mg/(kg.天)尾静脉注射CPT-11,共4天。记录食量、体重及腹泻等情况。第8天处死荷瘤鼠,取结肠和回肠组织,显微镜下观察结肠、回肠组织的病理形态改变。结果:除高剂量组外使用CPT-11后第8天比第3天均表现为不同程度的体重下降;高剂量组与中剂量组相对于空白组在第8天比第1天体重下降的比较有统计学差异。各组荷瘤鼠食量两两比较均无统计学差异。各组荷瘤鼠腹泻的总积分空白组最高,中剂量组与高剂量组相对于空白组比较均有统计学差异。肠组织黏膜损伤程度病理学积分空白组最高。结论:半夏泻心汤能在一定程度上预防和控制CPT-11致SCLC荷瘤鼠的腹泻,并缓解体重的下降。
Objective： Establish the model of irinotecan - induced diarrhea of nude mice bearing tumor of SCLC. Clear the change of Chinese symptoms characteristic of the intervention of Banxiaxiexin decoction on nude mice bearing the tumor of small cell lung cancer. Methods ： We divide it into four groups according the dose of Banxiaxiexin decoction, blank group was gived the equivalent water, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group were given Banxiaxiexin decoction of 5 g/kg/d, 10g/kg/d and 20 g/kg/d for 8 days. CPT - 11 was given for 35 mg/kg/d upto four days from the beginning of the third day. We record food intake, body weight and diarrhea, and deal with mice in eighth day. We anatomy mice for the colon and ileal tissue. We see the pathological changes of colon and ileum under microscope. Results： The body weight is decreased in the blank group, the low dose group and the middle dose group for the eighth to the third day in statistics, while the high dose group is not. Both the high dose group and the middle dose group are lower than the blank group in the body weight decrement of the eighth to the first day, while the lose dose group is not. The four groups have no difference in appetite examination in statistics. The blank group is most serious about diarrhea. The diarrhea of both the middle dose group and the high dose group are better than the blank group in statistics , while the low dose group group has no difference to the blank group. The damage of the mucous membrane in intestine is most serious in the blank group. Conclusion： Banxiaxiexin decoction can prevent and control CPT - 11 - induced diarrhea in nude mice bearing human SCLC, and increase weight.
