摘要
目的:研究香丹注射剂的免疫调节功能,扩大该药物临床应用。方法:体外培养的大鼠胸腺淋巴细胞,用高、中、低3个浓度香丹注射剂处理,血细胞仪和MTT比色法检测细胞增殖情况;接种小鼠成纤维细胞L929,通过MTT法检测香丹注射剂对细胞增殖抑制剂-阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)的拮抗作用。结果:香丹注射剂对大鼠胸腺淋巴细胞有明显的增殖作用;并能有效拮抗Ara-C对细胞的生长的抑制作用,香丹注射剂并用Ara-C组与Ara-C组比较差异明显(P<0.01,P<0.05)。且在淋巴细胞上的拮抗Ara-C作用明显强于L929细胞。结论:香丹注射剂对胸腺淋巴细胞增殖具有正向的调节作用,提示其对机体免疫功能的调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the regulatory effect on immune system of xiangdan injection and to enlarge it's clinical application. Methods: Based on in vitro test, culture the thymus lymphocytes of SD rat in vitro. To study the effect of Xiangdan injection on thymus lymphocytes peoliferation of rat and combined with cytarabine on L929 cells peoliferation. Results : Xiangdan injection could improve the thymus lymphocytes peoliferation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Xiangdan injection combined with cytarabine showed antagonistic effect , compared with the cytarabine goup there were significant differences in lymphocytes and L929 cells peoliferation( P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Xiangdan injection could promote lymphocytes function in rat and improve immunological function.
