摘要
目的:观察在标准治疗基础上加用保心通络汤对冠心病不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者的血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法:连续纳入符合入选标准的UA患者118例,按照随机数字表简单随机分组,对照组予以标准治疗,实验组除标准治疗外加用自拟中药方剂保心通络汤,观察治疗3个月。结果:两组总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数均有明显的改善(P<0.05),但实验组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:在西药标准治疗基础上加用保心通络汤能够更有效治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛,缓解临床症状,对血脂及血流变学有明显改善。
Objective： To observe the effect of normal treatment combined with Baoxin Tongluo Decoction on blood - fat and blood rheology of patients with unstable angina peetoris（UA）. Methods：118 eases according to inclusion criteria were divided randomly into the control group and the test group. Control group was treated with normal treatment method, test group was treated with normal treatment combined with Baoxin Tongluo Decoction. The two groups were observed and treated for 3 months. Results ： The total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, whole blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, aggregation index of red blood cells, rigid index of red blood ceils and RCD ot the two groups have improved （P 〈 0.05 ）, but the test group is better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions：The normal treatment of western medicine combined with Baoxin Tongluo Decoction can improve the clinical symptom, blood - fat and blood rheology of patients with unstable angina pectoris.
