摘要
目的改良方法配制硫酸镁溶液,对其稳定性进行考察。方法采用改良方法配制硫酸镁溶液即溶液配制时加入枸橼酸钠增加稳定性,更换抑菌剂防止霉变。比较传统配制方法与改良方法稳定性差异。结果采用改良方法配制的硫酸镁溶液经长期试验稳定性好,外观、性状、含量和微生物限度检查均符合规定,有效期为12个月。结论改良后的方法简便易行,效果满意,值得推广。
Objective To explore the improvement of preparation of magnesium sulfate solution, along with its stablity. Methods To add some sodium citrate so as to strengthen the stablity, and replace the medicament of bacteriostasis aimed at preventing from going moldy. Then stability of two methods was compared. Results The magnesium sulfate solution, which has been compounded in a new way, turn out to he stable after a long-time experiment, and its appearance, character, content and the limitation of microorganism all reach standard, lasting 12 months. Conclusion This improved way is easy to operate and the effect is satisfactory, so it is worth spreading.
