摘要
建立地震应急指挥技术系统是目前地震应急工作的一个重点,其中应急基础数据库是基础和核心,是整个系统最关键的环节。为此浙江省在"十五"期间开展了地震应急基础数据库的建设。目前浙江省地震应急基础数据库可对全省各地区实施地震应急监控、动态跟踪和救灾指挥进行技术支持,为浙江省地震应急救援发展奠定坚实的基础。
The Construction of earthquake emergency command technology system is bring into the focus of emergency earthquake database. The earthquake emergency database of Zhejiang Province is developed during the ＂Tenth Five-Year Plan＂, At present, ttle earthquake emergency database of Zhejiang is used to monitor the implementation of the earthquake emergency, disaster relief command, dynamic tracking and technical support for all of the areas of Zhejiang Province. The earthquake emergency aasabase lay a solid foundation for the aevelopment of earthquake emerzeneg relief in zhejiang prorince.
