摘要
采用液相还原法,以KBH4为还原剂,PVP为分散剂,分别在二价钴、铜盐的乙醇-水和纯水溶液中制备出具有特殊结构的纳米Co-Cu-B合金粉末。运用XRD、EDS、TEM和VSM等分析方法对制备的产物进行物相、结构形貌和磁学性能的表征,研究反应环境对产物性能的影响,并对产物特殊结构和性能的形成机理进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:分别于乙醇-水体系和纯水体系中合成的纳米Co-Cu-B合金粉末均为无定型的Co与纳米晶相的Cu和非金属元素B组成的特殊结构的固溶体合金。于乙醇-水体系中所制备的纳米Co-Cu-B合金粉末的饱和磁化强度、剩磁和矫顽力均高于纯水体系的。
By liquid-reduction process,on the condition of pure water and ethanol water,the nanometer Co-Cu-B alloy powders which have peculiar structures have been prepared in solution of mixed ferrous and cobaltous salt, using KBH4 as a reducer, PVP as a dispersant. XRD,EDS,TEM and VSM were applied to characterize the phase, morphology and magnetic property of the as-prepared products.We researched the effect on the nanometer Co-Cu-B alloy powders of reaction environment and the cause mechanism of the special structure and performance of the products were also analyzed and discussed.The results show that it can synthesize the particular solution alloys which are made of amorphous cobalt,nanometer crystal copper and nonmetallic boron in both ethanol and pure water system. The specific saturated magnetization, remancnce and coercivity of Co-Cu-B alloy powder which prepared in the ethanol water all enhanced compared to the product in pure water.
