摘要
工程建设招标投标中，评标定标是关键环节。阐述了有限方案的多目标决策的原理，将其运用到工程建设招标项目评标工作中，使得评标定标的方法更加科学，并能取得令人满意的结果。
The evaluation and decision of bid(EDB) is a key stage in the courses of bidand bid invitation of engineering construction. The principle of multi-object decision-makingof limited scheme is presented in this paper. The method of EDB ecomes more scientific,andmore satisfying result has been approached by using this principle in EDB of bid invitation ofengineering const ruction.
