介绍了山区高等级公路长大下坡路段避险车道的设置原则,提出了山区公路长大下坡路段道路交通安全管理措施,包括对道路设施的管理、对超载的管理、对驾驶人的管理和加强道路养护与管理等,从而保证长大下坡路段交通安全。
The author introduces the setting principles of the emergency lane on the long downslope section of the mountain highway, provides traffic safety management measures for the long downslope section of the mountain highway, including the management for the highway facilities, the overload, the driver, and enhancing maintenance and management of the highway, thus ensuring the traffic safety of the long downslope section.
