摘要
简要介绍了工程量清单计价的特点、与传统计价模式的区别,从施工企业的角度,简述了应从投标报价策略的选择和企业苦练内功两方面应对工程量清单计价模式,以提高企业竞争力。
This article introduces briefly features of valuating according to the quantities list, and its differences with traditional evaluating system, it points out from the angle of construction industry that they should coping the valuating mode from two aspects, first is choosing of strategy for tender offer, and second is improvement of industry＇s internal work so as to enforce the competitive power.
