摘要
以国省道干线公路建设项目业主的管理为视角,论述了项目实施阶段中安大公路工程项目组织建设、项目目标管理、质量控制管理的精细化特色,从而为干线公路工程项目管理积累一些经验。
Taking the management of owners in the construction programs of the national and provincial highways, the paper illustrates the refinement characteristics in the program construction steps, such as the organization construction, the object management of programs, and the quality control management of An-Da highway program, so as to accumulate experience for the main-line project management.
