摘要
目前中国农村留守儿童权益保障普遍存在"四个令人担忧",一是监护状况令人担忧;二是受教育权保障状况令人担忧;三是健康权保障状况令人担忧;四是人身安全权保障状况令人担忧。有效保障广大农村留守儿童权益,关系着广大农民群众的切身利益,是建设社会主义新农村的需要,也是构建和谐社会的要求。笔者对中国农村留守儿童权益保障状况进行分析,并尝试提出解决建议。
At present there are common ＂four concerns＂ about the protection of rights and interests for the rural left-behind chil- dren in our country： The first concern is the guardianship condition. Secondly, the guarantee situation of being educated is also an anxiety. In addition, the safeguard condition of health rights make us worried. Last but not least, the situation of the per- sonal safety protection is an issue. Effective protection of the vast rural left-behind children＇s rights and interests is related to the masses＇ rights and interests. It is not only the demand of building the socialist new countryside, but the requirement of building a harmonious society as well. This thesis tends to analyze the situation of protection of rights and interests for the rural left-behind children, and tries to put forward to some solutions to it.
